is brought in fresh and frozen to North America on
a weekly basis. This chemical free product is raised
in the pure mountain waters of Jamaica and is processed
and packaged under the most hygienic of conditions.
The white, flaky meat is tender to the touch and tastes
similar to ocean Snapper or Parrot fish.

The fish is convenience packaged in 5lb packages which
is further packaged in pouches with one or two fish
each. The whole fish is totally pot-ready and is sold
in cases of 40lbs each at $3lb making a total cost
of $120. Each case consists of 8, 5lb packages which
are delivered at $20 per package.

fillet is delicate, mild and moist. The Fillet is Flash
Frozen to lock in the flavor and freshness and is packaged

2.5lb packages. The fillet is totally pot-ready and

totally pot ready and is sold in cases of 35lbs. Each
